DESCRIPTION:Take on a 50km Ultra or a historic 25km – and make it an active Easter! From our Windsor Racecourse base camp 1500 adventurers will head out on looped routes through the Great Park with fantastic views of the Castle\, on to Runnymede\, along the Thames Path\, and takes in some wonderful countryside. You’ll get full support all the way\, a few post Easter surprises.\nWe don’t want you to forget that finish-line moment – our Cheer Squad will ensure you won’t! You’ll get a medal\, finisher’s T-shirt\, and a glass of fizz\, before heading to a BBQ and a well earned rest. \nFULL DETAILS AND SIGN UP ONLINE \nFood and drink \n\nSnacks and drink stops every 12.5km\nMain meals. Hot food every 25km\nEnergy drinks\nAll dietary requirements catered for\nLighter options for runners\nBBQ finishers meal\n\nTransport \nThere’re shuttles to local train stations for onward travel\, and most finish lines have parking so supporters can meet you. We’ve bus ‘transfers’ to / back to key venues (eg the start) – and check out the ‘Bookable Extras’ for details of all transport options. \nCamping \nWe generally have a ~50 km campsite for rest & sleep if you’re on the 2 day ‘Daylight’ 100 km option\, or if you finish / start a 50 km ‘half’ Challenge. SUMMARY:Virtual Santa Dash
DESCRIPTION:Virtual Santa Dash – The Virtual Santa Dash is brought to you by the Virtual Marathon Series and is a fun 5K run to be done with friends and family or competitively on your own. Take this 5K challenge on anytime between now and the 25th of December. Do it in your running gear alone or dressed as Christmas elves with the family! Earn the official Santa Dash Medal and goodie bag. Simply register to the event below and we will give you access to the Virtual Marathon Series runners portal where you can submit your evidence before or on the big day \nThe Virtual Santa Dash has a special challenge attached and requires you to dress up in Christmas fancy dress to complete it. \nThe Virtual Marathon Series are also offering two prizes. \n1.    The first one is for the fastest time in Christmas fancy dress\, become the Christmas world record holder \n2.    Secondly\, to the person who raises the most money for their chosen charity by Christmas Day. \nThey will donate £250 to the charities chosen by the 2 winners and they will receive a running goodies pack from their partner Run Through in the post. \nTo apply for the fastest runner you will need to enter your time through the Virtual Marathon Series portal and complete the 5K in a Santa costume or another suitable Christmas suite. Christmas not Birthday! \nTo apply for the highest fundraiser you will need to send an email to virtual@runforcharity.com with a link to your fundraising page no later than the 1st of January.
