DRAGONFLY SUPPORT GROUP
CHUMS facilitates a monthly support group for those people who have been bereaved by a suicide or suspected suicide death. This group is for adults only and the death might be very recent or some years ago. All are very welcome.
You do not have to have been referred to any part of CHUMS to access this support group; you just need to live in Bedfordshire.
Each session will be on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at Wrest Park and will be gently facilitated by a member of staff but will also be peer led so as to meet the needs of its members.
There will be occasional information sessions on anxiety, dealing with depression and keeping well.
